About the Author
Amanda is a college student planning to major in Creative Writing and Anthropology. She first read Harry Potter the Christmas after The Prisoner of Azkaban was released and has never looked back since. She remembers waiting in line for the first time in order to be one of the first to buy The Goblet of Fire (she was 14th in line).
Amanda does not know the first time she realized she was a Ravenclaw, but it dawned on her before she ever knew what Ravenclaw stood for (well, she was only 12 when she first read the books, how was she supposed to pick subtleties like that up?)
For this story, Amanda found great inspiration in her own friends, Emma, Najela, and Jessica, all of whom are Ravenclaws. The characters in this story are based on these friends as well as Amanda herself.
Apart from writing (and reading) Amanda also enjoys drawing, making music videos, and swimming.
Amanda currently attends a Junior College in Southern California.
